Bollywood actor Dino Morea and actress Tanisha, who is sister of well-known film star Kajol, were injured in a road accident in Himachal Pradesh. The accident reportedly took place on Feb. 4, the duo were flown to Mumbai after being declared out of danger.
The Himachal police, however, booked director Pawan Kaul for negligent driving and non possession of driving licence.
According to police, the accident took place on the outskirts of Manali on Tuesday when a car in which the crew was travelling skidded on an icy road and rolled down some 200 feet on to the banks of the Beas river.
Morea received seven stitches while director Kaul´s elbow was fractured. Another actor, Gaurav Kapoor, suffered minor injuries and Tanisha received a deep cut below her right eyebrow.
The film unit from Mumbai was on its way to a nearby location for shooting of the film Shah when the mishap occurred.
